BCSO does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or confidentiality of any communication/information contained in this Web Site. This Web Site should not be used to transmit any sensitive or confidential information to BCSO since such information is subject to interception. Information transmitted to BCSO via electronic means may not be received at all, nor received or reviewed in a timely manner.

Not a 9-1-1 Service

This Web Site should not be relied upon for emergency services and is in no way designed to serve as an alternative to the emergency services provided by 911 telephone service. Governing Law and Severance

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
